Continuing an existing Customer Care Chat

Picking up where we left off.

We understand that our Customer Care chat window sometimes covers parts of Notebird that you want to access. You can close the chat window by pressing 'X' in the upper right hand corner of the chat window. 

To resume the existing chat just click 'Chat with us' in the your settings menu. It should open the existing conversation. 

If you click the back button in the chat window it will show the entire chat history. Click on the current conversation to jump right back in where we left off.
