Customer Question: Is there is a report that will let me see who does not have an update made within their profile? We are trying to identify members who our clergy has not connected with yet.
Last Updated Report
Click your name in the upper right hand corner
Click Report
Run a People Report
Unhide the column Last Updated
Click on the 'Last Updated' column to get an ordered list of who has been visited and when. Scroll to the bottom of the report to see who hasn't had any updates made to their profile.
Last Updated Report by Group
Follow the same instructions from above.
Click on 'All Groups' header and select which group you'd like to see. (i.e. if you want to see a list people who are Homebound and their latest updates then simple click 'Homebound' from the dropdown.
