How do I Invite My Team to Notebird?

Notebird is designed to help teams care for people together. Inviting your staff, pastors, volunteers, and care leaders into Notebird allows your organization to collaborate, share updates, assign tasks, and stay connected around ongoing care needs.

You can invite as many team members as needed and customize their permissions based on their role within your organization.

How to Invite a Team Member

Inviting a user to Notebird is quick and easy.

  1. Click Your Name in the upper-right corner.

  2. Navigate to My Team.

  3. Click Add User.

  4. Enter the User’s information and Email Address.

  5. Select their Role and Permissions.

  6. Assign them to Groups if applicable.

  7. Click Send Invitation.

The user will receive an email invitation to join your organization in Notebird.

User Roles & Permissions

Not every user needs the same level of access. Notebird allows organizations to customize permissions based on each person’s role.

Examples of permissions include:

  • Viewing updates

Organization Admins

Notebird allows admins to:

  • Archive users who are no longer active

  • Restore archived users later

  • Permanently delete archived users
