When someone passes away you can mark them as deceased in Notebird. Follow the steps below:
Click Add Milestone
Selected Deceased [enter date of passing and a short description] and then click Save Milestone
Scroll down on the left hand side of profile and click Archive Person
Archiving a person will remove other milestones such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries and other milestones from showing up in the activity feed and your early bird report.
We recommend then adding another 'passing of a loved one' milestone to the closest relative and marking it as an annual milestone. You'll then receive a notification when the anniversary of their loved one passed away.
