Multiple Import Options

Our Planning Center People integration give users two options to sync data based on how they organize and manage pastoral care. Read below to find out what is best for your church.

Option 1 // Merge Campuses

This option is great for multi-campus churches who handle a lot of pastoral and congregational care centrally. All Planning Center People are synced into one location in Notebird. There is one main care dashboard and everything is managed in one place.

Campus information is listed within each congregant's profile notes. If a person is switched to another campus in Planning Center then that will be reflected in their Notebird profile.

This option is selected by most multi-campus churches.

Option 2 // Keep Campuses Separate

This option is great for multi-campus churches who are very siloed when it comes to pastoral & congregational care. Planning Center People are synced into the campus they are assigned to within PCO. Each campus has their own location within Notebird with separate care dashboards. Updates and tasks cannot be transferred or shared between campuses.

Typically campus pastors are listed as 'location admins' within Notebird and only have access to their campus. Executive leadership is typically listed as 'org admins' within Notebird and can switch between locations to get a snapshot of what is happening at each campus.

***Once you choose, the option cannot be changed in the future.
