Question: I would like to generate a report showing how many times certain users have made contacts for pastoral care with members of our church. As chair of deacons, I'm interested in having a better understanding of how we are doing. Is there a way to do that?

You can visually see a breakdown of updates made by an individual user on your team by utilizing our Updates Report.

Updates Per User Report

  1. Click your name in the upper right hand corner

  2. Click Reports

  3. Click Updates & Run Report

  4. Click Show/Hide Columns and select 'Created by'

  5. Select the time range for your report

  6. Click the column header 'Created by' and select which user you'd like to see

Click 'Export Updates' in the upper right hand corner of the report. Select either 'Print Report' or 'Download as CSV'

Print Report allows you to save as a PDF and then print or email the document. Download CSV will export updates in a spreadsheet.
