Profile notes are helpful for general information about a person (i.e. allergies, place of employment, favorite sport team and even their pet's name). These details can be helpful when making a connection with a person.
Follow these steps to add a general profile note to an existing profile:
Click into the person's profile
Scroll down on left hand side and click 'Edit Profile'
Add information to the 'Profile Notes'
Click 'Save Person'
*Do note put sensitive care information in the general notes section.
Profile Notes are Searchable
When you are on the People page, you can use the search bar for more than just names. All profile notes are searchable by all users (team members who have access to Notebird).
